3 pieces of fresh Pineapple

8 Mint leaves

2 barspoons of Sugar

¼ lime

Filled with 1724 or brut Champagne

Muddle the Pineapple, Mint, Lime and Sugar. Shake and double strain

Garnish with Lemon twirl and fresh Mint sprig
